Organization
We have regular calls for ceremony and planning, and the meeting agendas and notes can be found here.

Circles
In 2011, we organized into three circles of activity: a Festivals Circle, Community Circle and Ceremony Circle. Each circle includes a number of teams responsible for projects aligned with that circle.
Councils
We also have two councils available to support the work of the Circles: the Wisdom Council includes experienced leaders who can offer advice, troubleshooting and assistance to teams, and the Restoration Council helps resolve and heal any conflicts or stresses that develop during the course of our work.
Pods
For Burning Man 2011, we added "pods" as an organizational tool. These include outside organizations bringing both people and key offerings to camp (Elevate, Dr. Dream, Sweet Medicine and Evolver) and affinity groups who camped together within Red Lightning on the playa. All participants were assigned to a pod.
